Adecco is currently partnering with a leading Multinational Corporation (MNC) to find a detail-oriented Production Buyer. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless flow of direct materials to support high-volume production lines. You will be responsible for end-to-end purchasing activities, vendor management, and inventory optimization in a high-tech environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end direct material procurement processes, including Purchase Order (PO) creation, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, lead times, and cost-efficiency.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors to optimize procurement costs.
- Analyze inventory levels and demand forecasts to prevent production shortages and mitigate stock risks.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and update the ERP/MRP system regularly.
- Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, deliveries, and quality issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in direct procurement or production purchasing, preferably within the Semiconductor or Electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Ability to commit to a contract role and hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
