About the Role:
As a Production Buyer, you will be the critical link between the company's production goals and its supply base. You will take full ownership of the procurement lifecycle for Integrated Equipment Systems (IES), from sourcing and negotiation to delivery and inventory management. Your work will directly support the seamless operation of production lines, ensuring that high-quality materials are available exactly when needed. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full procurement cycle for raw materials, components, and supplies critical to IES production.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to ensure a robust and competitive supply chain.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable conditions.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery schedules, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to align procurement with project requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and forecast material needs to prevent production delays.
- Prepare reports and analyze market trends to support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in procurement, specifically as a Buyer or in a supply chain role within Manufacturing, Aviation, or Logistics.
- Proven experience with IES (Integrated Equipment Systems) or similar technical components is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Must be amenable to working a midshift schedule and have a reliable internet connection for a permanent WFH setup.
