Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations within the production cell to ensure schedule attainment.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-output work environment.
- Maintain strict compliance with all workplace safety regulations and quality control protocols.
- Communicate daily production priorities and goals to the team effectively.
- Monitor production output and quality metrics, escalating bottlenecks to management immediately.
- Optimize workflow processes to minimize downtime and improve throughput.
- Manage inventory levels within the cell to ensure seamless continuous production.
- Prepare accurate shift reports and documentation for operational reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven track record in team leadership or supervisory roles.
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodology.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) for reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Ability to work shifts if required to support business operations.
