Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in monitoring production schedules and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.
- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials and finished goods to ensure standards are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for production supplies and finished products.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and workplace safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify bottlenecks and suggest operational improvements.
- Prepare and compile daily production reports and logs for management review.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely material replenishment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing, Operations, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production support or clerical role within the manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management systems and computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict production timelines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
