- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify, document, and report defects or discrepancies using the standard documentation system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspection results and non-conformance reports.
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Perform daily checks on inspection equipment to ensure functionality and accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality assurance policies at all times.
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.
Kualifikasi
- Singaporean Citizenship is mandatory for this role.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality inspection, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, with a flexible schedule.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual inspection tasks.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in the East Region.
