As the Production Control Coordinator, you will act as the primary point of contact for production planning and logistics. - Monitor and coordinate daily production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to manage material flow.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Engineering) to resolve production bottlenecks.
- Ensure all finished goods meet quality standards before delivery.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to identify efficiency improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of production logs and delivery times.
- Comply with all safety and environmental regulations in the workplace.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a production control or logistics role.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or manufacturing software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of metal finishing processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
