Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain production control systems for semiconductor manufacturing
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve production issues and improve workflows
- Prepare performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production control or manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Experience with production planning software (MES/ERP systems)
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
