Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor production schedules and material requirements closely to prevent production downtime.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, material usage, and production logs to support decision-making.
- Resolve production delays by expediting urgent orders and effectively liaising with external vendors.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams regarding inventory status and schedule changes.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of production control systems or ERP software.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a production control or expediting role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, manufacturing processes, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
