Kamaya Electric is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Control Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our manufacturing workflows by developing comprehensive production schedules and determining material requirements at optimal levels. You will be responsible for monitoring daily production processes, identifying potential bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to ensure seamless operations. We are looking for a proactive professional who can drive efficiency and contribute to the continuous improvement of our production capabilities.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to align with delivery deadlines and customer requirements.
- Analyze production data and inventory levels to determine optimal resource requirements.
- Monitor daily production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Prepare and present regular production reports and performance metrics to management.
- Identify and troubleshoot production bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the workflow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in production control, manufacturing operations, or logistics.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast production needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures in a manufacturing setting.
