- Optimize Production Schedules: Develop and maintain detailed production plans to ensure timely delivery of products while adhering to quality standards.
- Operational Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and supply chain, to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Inventory Control: Monitor raw material stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams to prevent shortages and minimize excess inventory.
- Performance Reporting: Generate accurate production reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Resource Management: Ensure optimal utilization of machinery and manpower to maximize output and efficiency.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and quality control protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production planning or control role within the manufacturing sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
