We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Controller Coordinator Executive to join our manufacturing team in Semenyih, Selangor. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, meeting tight delivery deadlines, and maintaining the highest product quality standards. Your leadership and organizational skills will be key in coordinating production schedules, managing inventory, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
As a Production Controller Coordinator Executive, you will collaborate closely with various departments including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure seamless workflow. You will monitor production metrics, generate reports, and analyze data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance optimization. Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be essential in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production control and coordination, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. You should be proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer delivery deadlines and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor production processes and implement corrective actions to ensure quality standards and minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to support uninterrupted production.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Generate production reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects such as Lean or Six Sigma initiatives.
- Train and supervise production staff to enhance productivity and skill development.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning, control, or coordination within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and quality control principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
