In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our creative pipeline, ensuring that our multiple ongoing projects move seamlessly from concept to delivery.
As a Production Coordinator, you will bridge the gap between creative teams, artists, and studio management. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress to ensure that quality benchmarks are met and deadlines are honored. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily production workflows across multiple animation project teams.
- Track progress of project milestones and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively between departments to clear roadblocks and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Maintain and update production databases and tracking sheets.
- Organize and facilitate meetings to review project status and creative direction.
- Prepare production reports for studio management, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Ensure project assets are organized, updated, and accessible to the relevant creative staff.
- Assist in the procurement of resources necessary for project execution.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Animation, Media Production, Business Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in production coordination or project management, preferably in the animation or creative industry.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., ShotGrid, Trello, Asana, or JIRA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse personality types.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong ability to anticipate issues before they arise.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- A genuine interest in the animation production pipeline and creative process.
