- Coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and meet targets
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team for timely supply
- Implement and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process

- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Food Science, Production Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
