You will be responsible for overseeing production schedules, managing material flow, and ensuring that every piece meets our stringent quality standards before delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage garment production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Coordinate closely with factory floor managers and production staff to resolve operational issues.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure adherence to brand standards and specifications.
- Track inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Prepare and submit daily production reports to senior management.
- Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and internal production teams.
- Implement and maintain safety standards and efficiency protocols on the production line.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in garment production coordination or a similar role within the apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, including cutting, sewing, and finishing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
