Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently operate and monitor production machinery and assembly line equipment.
- Perform manual assembly, sorting, and labeling of products according to specifications.
- Conduct frequent quality inspections to identify and remove defective items from the line.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety guidelines and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet and exceed daily production quotas and deadlines.
- Report any technical malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and internal movement of raw materials and finished goods.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum educational attainment of High School Graduate or Vocational Diploma.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long durations in a factory environment.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to handle small components with precision.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including holidays or weekends as needed.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and health protocols.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a significant advantage.
- Must be a resident of or willing to work in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
