Tanggung Jawab
- Collect and prepare production tools, materials, and equipment for daily operations
- Provide manual support to production engineers during machinery setup and operation
- Maintain strict compliance with GMP, SSOP, and workplace safety protocols
- Assist in production line monitoring and basic equipment troubleshooting
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of production areas according to standards
- Participate in team-based production activities to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate (Technical/Manufacturing preferred)
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing safety and quality standards
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a standing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as needed
- Good communication skills in English or Filipino
- No prior experience required but willingness to learn is essential
