Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the operation of production machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, sorting, and organizing materials.
- Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with company policies.
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be available to report on short notice when called in.
