- Supervise Group Leaders in overseeing daily production operations
- Monitor and maintain process control parameters for dipping operations
- Ensure production output meets daily targets and quality standards
- Implement and enforce proper material usage and inventory management
- Conduct regular quality checks and address production issues promptly
- Train and develop team members on production processes and safety procedures
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize production downtime
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision
- Experience in dipping processes or similar manufacturing environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of quality control systems and production methodologies
