Triton AI Pte Ltd is currently looking for a Production Engineer to join our operations in the strategic industrial hub of Jurong Island. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining high production standards. We understand the unique nature of our location, which is why we provide company transport to ensure a smooth commute to and from Jurong Island. The successful candidate will be required to work in a 12-hour shift roster, working collaboratively with a dedicated team to drive efficiency and quality.
We offer a competitive remuneration package of up to $3,500 per month, plus fixed allowances of $1,100, totaling up to $4,600 per month. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control chemical production processes to ensure optimal efficiency, safety, and high-quality output standards.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations, including safety drills and reporting.
- Document production data, shift logs, and maintenance records accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct quality control checks on raw materials and finished products to meet industry specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Kualifikasi
- Degree holder in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in chemical production or industrial manufacturing settings.
- Strong working knowledge of industrial safety standards, HSE protocols, and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to adapt to and work effectively in a 12-hour shift schedule and rotating roster.
- Familiarity with basic instrumentation, PLC systems, and process control systems is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Valid Singaporean work pass or eligibility to work in Singapore.
