Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee production operations to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of packaging solutions
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and maximize output
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and develop continuous improvement strategies
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards
- Develop and document production processes, SOPs, and quality control procedures
- Collaborate with R&D to implement new technologies and process innovations
- Manage production schedules and resource allocation to meet demand targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production metrics and KPIs
- Hands-on experience with CAD software and production management systems
- Knowledge of packaging machinery and materials handling systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Strong communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
