Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure peak operational efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with the PSD team to implement technical strategies that enhance service delivery.
- Perform comprehensive data analysis on production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) protocols on site.
- Support the deployment of new technologies and engineering solutions to existing workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during production cycles and provide rapid, effective resolution.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for stakeholders and project management teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production engineering, ideally within the oil and gas sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Proficiency in production software and engineering simulation tools.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.
