Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize production lines to ensure maximum efficiency and high-quality output.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of heat transfer machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to implement new heat transfer technologies and improve processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in the workshop.
- Analyze production data and prepare detailed reports to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Conduct quality control inspections on finished products to meet client specifications.
- Train junior staff and provide technical guidance on production methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production engineering or manufacturing role.
- Strong understanding of heat transfer principles and industrial machinery operations.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and production monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to undergo overseas training programs and travel for business.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
