Our company is a rapidly growing manufacturer specializing in the fabrication of pressure vessels and road tankers. We pride ourselves on delivering superior quality products that meet international standards. Due to our expansion, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Engineer to oversee our production operations in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining rigorous quality control. You will also lead initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and enhance product reliability. Collaboration with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams will be essential to achieve operational excellence.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with proven experience in a production engineering capacity, particularly in pressure vessel or heavy manufacturing environment. You should have strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, welding processes, and safety regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are must-haves.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and supervise production activities to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards for pressure vessel fabrication.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with design and quality teams to ensure product specifications are met.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Prepare production reports and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of pressure vessel design and fabrication standards (e.g., ASME, ASTM).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001).
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
