- Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Implement quality control systems and ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Train production staff on new equipment and process improvements
- Monitor inventory levels and manage material flow efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is preferred
