Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Analyze and optimize production processes to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and lower costs.
- Monitor product quality standards and implement corrective actions to minimize defects.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards across the production floor.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, including performance metrics and efficiency data.
- Train and guide junior staff on standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a production engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of quality control systems and ISO standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work shifts as required by production schedules.
