Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks and challenges
- Design and implement innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing processes and technologies
- Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and maintain rigorous quality standards
- Prepare and present technical reports on production metrics, process improvements, and project outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools for process design and analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex production challenges
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
