JAE Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and innovative Production Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team in General Trias City, Cavite. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure maximum efficiency, timely delivery, and adherence to production schedules.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, waste, and areas for improvement using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Implement and monitor process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defect rates in assigned lines.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to enforce strict quality control measures and safety protocols.
- Develop, document, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain standardized production processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA safety standards and company safety regulations on the production floor.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a production engineering or manufacturing role.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and manufacturing processes is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or MES systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing production demands.
