Saprotan Utama is currently seeking a motivated and technically skilled Production Engineer to join our manufacturing facility in Demak, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring machine reliability, and optimizing production workflows. As part of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of industrial systems, with a specific focus on PLC-based controls and preventative troubleshooting. The successful candidate must be adaptable, safety-conscious, and prepared to work in a shift-based production environment to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize production line machinery to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and automated systems.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify bottlenecks and implement engineering solutions to improve output.
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules to minimize unscheduled downtime.
- Document all technical repairs, machine modifications, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and industrial standards during all engineering operations.
- Support the installation and calibration of new manufacturing equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Open to both experienced professionals and motivated fresh graduates.
- Strong technical understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) programming and hardware.
- Proven ability in industrial troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift pattern.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
