As a Production Engineer, you will analyze manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement innovative solutions to maximize resources and minimize operational costs. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize daily production workflows to ensure maximum output and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance analysis to identify and eliminate process bottlenecks or downtime.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and resource management strategies to reduce manufacturing overhead.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations (HACCP/GMP).
- Lead technical troubleshooting efforts for production machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless production cycles.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production staff.
- Analyze production data to generate reports and drive data-backed improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Licensed Engineer (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food and beverage.
- Strong understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing principles, and Six Sigma concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate production teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules in a fast-paced production setting.
