PT Wilhelm Cladding Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cikarang Pusat. As a Production Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, enhancing production efficiency, and maintaining the highest quality standards for our cladding solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a passion for continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with the production floor team to identify bottlenecks, implement engineering solutions, and ensure that our production targets are met safely and effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and coordinate production processes to ensure optimal output and product quality.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new products or process changes into the production line.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and regulations at all times.
- Monitor production costs and implement strategies to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in cladding or metal fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, maintenance management, and quality control systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in Indonesian and basic English proficiency is highly preferred.
