Tanggung Jawab
- Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) systems and ensure accurate documentation
- Oversee multiple production projects simultaneously with strict deadline adherence
- Optimize manufacturing workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Implement quality control protocols and resolve production bottlenecks
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities
- Train production staff on new processes and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in production engineering or manufacturing
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in BOM management and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
