Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor daily production schedules to ensure targets are met efficiently.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to prevent downtime.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure product standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot technical issues and implement engineering solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in the production area.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose process optimization strategies.
- Train and mentor production staff on proper equipment operation and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proven experience in a production engineering or manufacturing environment (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA/SO) and good housekeeping practices.
- Proficient in using computer applications such as MS Office and manufacturing software.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
