- Manage and optimize SMT production lines for maximum efficiency and output
- Conduct rigorous PCB inspections to ensure quality compliance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in SMT production or electronics manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of PCB assembly and inspection processes
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Experience with production management systems (MES, ERP)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
