As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with cross-functional departments to drive operational excellence and implement lean manufacturing methodologies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and output quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on production lines and machinery promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and reduce downtime.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Train production staff on new equipment, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
