- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards
- Implement and monitor production processes to optimize productivity and minimize waste
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and prevent downtime
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production activities
- Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvement initiatives
- Train production staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Manage inventory control and production planning to meet demand targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing production environment
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in production planning software and quality control systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Certification in production management (e.g., CPM, CPIM) is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation abilities
