- Optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain product standards
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Train production staff on new processes and equipment operation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies and Six Sigma principles
- Proficiency in production management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities
- Certification in manufacturing processes (e.g., ISO 9001) is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with ability to train and mentor team members
- Experience with CAD/CAM systems and production line automation
