Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize daily production processes to ensure efficiency and meet output targets.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control protocols.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows.
- Prepare detailed production reports and maintain accurate production logs.
- Train junior staff and other production personnel on operational procedures and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality assurance systems.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and production monitoring software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid engineering license (if applicable) is an advantage.
