Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure product standards
- Monitor machinery performance and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with R&D to develop new manufacturing techniques and solutions
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Train production staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality management systems
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing planning tools
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Valid Malaysian work permit (if applicable)
