In this role, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing facility, responsible for optimizing production workflows, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks, implement Lean manufacturing principles, and ensure that our automotive antenna products meet the highest global standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (ISO/IATF) throughout the production line.
- Supervise equipment installation, maintenance, and calibration to ensure high machine availability.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to perform root cause analysis (RCA) on production defects and implement preventative measures.
- Design and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of automotive antenna components.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff regarding new processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in Lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping).
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and industrial automation systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
