- Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Implement and monitor quality control systems to ensure product standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Train production staff on new processes and safety protocols
- Monitor KPIs and report production metrics to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing production environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven problem solving
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in production management software (e.g., MES, ERP systems)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
- Familiarity with ISO and OHSAS standards
