You will play a critical role in managing production workflows, optimizing machine downtime, and coordinating closely with the planning team to ensure that finished goods are delivered on time and within quality specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet daily and monthly output targets.
- Monitor and analyze production performance data to identify bottlenecks and efficiency gaps.
- Collaborate with the Production Planning team to ensure raw material availability and inventory accuracy.
- Supervise production floor activities to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean) to reduce waste and optimize production costs.
- Maintain production equipment health through proactive monitoring and coordination with the maintenance team.
- Ensure all production activities comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a contract-based arrangement and adapt to shift schedules if required.
- Resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
