Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the precise loading and unloading of carbon black and silica materials into production machinery.
- Monitor raw material inventory levels and report shortages to the production supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to 5S methodology standards.
- Perform routine inspections on loading equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
- Strictly follow Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols while handling industrial chemicals.
- Document production output and material usage accurately in the daily log system.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot minor technical issues with loading systems.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational certification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 20kg consistently.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Basic command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for clear communication.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if required by production cycles.
- Good attendance record and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
