Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality standards
- Implement and maintain GMP protocols and regulatory compliance in manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with R&D to scale new product formulations into full production
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare performance reports for management
- Train production staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment calibration and preventive care
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing production engineering
- Strong knowledge of GMP standards and ISO quality management systems
- Proficiency in process optimization tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Experience with PLC systems and industrial automation
- Proven track record in implementing cost reduction initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
