Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize daily production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and high product quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production line delays or defects and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage project timelines for process improvements, installations, and technical upgrades.
- Analyze production data to generate reports on machine downtime, material usage, and output performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations across the manufacturing facility.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of specialized cable manufacturing machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience with production monitoring software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
