- Collect, analyze, and interpret production data using statistical methods and visualization tools
- Design and maintain production monitoring systems for real-time performance tracking
- Generate comprehensive production reports with actionable recommendations for management
- Identify process inefficiencies and develop data-driven improvement strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols in production processes
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders using clear visualizations and narratives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, ERP systems)
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical data for non-technical audiences
- Experience with production KPI development and performance measurement systems
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies and ISO standards
