Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and program complex CNC parts using industry-standard CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, Edgecam) to ensure efficient machining strategies.
- Analyze and optimize existing machining processes to improve tool life, reduce cycle times, and lower production costs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and process planning for new and existing parts, ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical support and guidance to operators and technicians on the production floor to resolve machining issues quickly.
- Collaborate closely with the design and quality assurance teams to interpret engineering drawings and implement GD&T standards accurately.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on machinery and troubleshoot technical malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Monitor production quality metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of output.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar Production Engineering or CNC programming role.
- Strong proficiency in CAM software and CNC machining principles.
- Excellent understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and engineering tolerances.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints with high accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Good communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
