- Monitor and optimize production KPIs to achieve efficiency targets
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and implement cost-reduction initiatives
- Lead automation projects to enhance manufacturing productivity
- Develop and execute process optimization strategies
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and R&D teams for seamless operations
- Create and deliver technical training for production personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Prepare production reports and performance dashboards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production engineering
- Strong analytical skills in cost analysis and process optimization
- Experience with automation systems and implementation
- Proficiency in CAD, MES, and ERP systems
- Excellent cross-functional coordination abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Certification in Six Sigma or similar methodology preferred
