Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily production operations to identify bottlenecks and areas for process improvement.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure reliability.
- Analyze production data and metrics to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, ISO standards, and company quality protocols.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues.
- Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, schematics, and standard operating procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is an advantage.
