We are seeking a talented Production Engineer 2 to join our dynamic team in Santo Tomas City, Batangas. In this key role, you will spearhead advanced process optimization efforts, enhance production reliability, and drive standardization across our module production lines.
As a Production Engineer 2, you will be responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art process improvements that reduce costs, increase throughput, and maintain the highest quality standards. You will work closely with equipment engineers, maintenance teams, and production operators to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless operations. Your leadership will be critical in mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead advanced process optimization initiatives to improve yield, cycle time, and cost efficiency.
- Establish and maintain process standardization across module production lines.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations.
- Collaborate with equipment and maintenance teams to enhance machine reliability and performance.
- Develop and update process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and control plans.
- Train production staff on new processes and best practices to ensure consistent execution.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decision making.
- Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in process engineering or production engineering in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and data analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to work in Santo Tomas, Batangas and shifting schedule if needed.
