Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and oversee production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions to optimize workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Train and supervise production staff on standard operating procedures and best practices
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime
- Develop and maintain production documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control systems
- Proficiency in using production management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex production issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing operations
